Physical health, as defined by Google, is the condition of your body, taking into consideration everything from the absence of disease to fitness level. Physical health is critical for overall well-being, and can be affected by lifestyle, diet, level of physical activity, and behavior (for instance, smoking)”

This includes things like Exercise, yoga, sports, recreational activities, mainly staying active and moving. This is classified as one of the most important because it plays a major role in all other aspects of your overall health. For example, physical activity can not only help you feel happier and better about yourself, but it increases energy levels, reduces your risk of chronic diseases, improves skin, can help with your brain health, memory, promotes a better sex life, and many more.

Mental Health

The best ways to improve your psychological well-being include getting plenty of sleep, eat well, get plenty of sunlight, manage stress, doing things you enjoy, connect with people, being social, and being active are great ways to improve and maintain good mental health. Your psychological health may affect your outlook on life and the things that happen to you, improving your mental health will in fact also improve your positive mental attitude that shapes the way you view things that happen to you in life.

Social Well-Being

Think of yourself as both a public and a private product. Yourself as a private product is your mental health and as a public product speaks on behalf of your social well-being. Your overall satisfaction of life and feelings ranging from depression to joy. When you have good relationships, social stability, and social status. Statistics prove that people with good social connections tend to be healthier and live longer than those who don’t. Social interactions and play a major role in your social well-being because it affects personal health and societal health.

Fitness

Exercise not only improves your physical figure but also helps fight depression, develops an enormous sense of well-being, more energetic throughout the day, better sleep at night, improves symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD and many more.  Most importantly, it promotes all types of changes in the brain like endorphins. Endorphins affect your mental well-being and better your self-esteem. Fitness is an investment in yourself because it gives you a healthy way to cope with many of life’s struggles and boosts your immune system and reduces the impact of stress.

Wellness

Each avenue contributes to the sense of your quality of life, each affects and overlaps each other. Wellness pertains to spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, environmental, and social. Sometimes one may require more attention than the others. Wellness can be defined as an active process of becoming aware and making choices that improve and fulfill your life. There are many ways to improve each one by taking walks in nature, understanding your stress response, spending time with family and friends, working towards self-discovery, removing violence from your environment, strive for a work-life balance, and making a meditation a habit.
